Spr ing | Limi ted Li fet ime Warranty OHD warrants cushion cores against loss of resiliency for two (2) years when put to ordinary residential use. During the next three-year period (that is, the third, fourth and fifth year following your purchase) you may purchase a replacement cushion and the purchase price will be prorated based on the number of years remaining in an expected life of the product of five (5) years. *Please note that the loss of resiliency should not be confused with the slight and expected softening and flattening of the polyester fiber, feather and down mixture, and foam components that occur as a result of normal use and aging. Such flattening and softening is not a material or manufacturing defect, and is not covered by this Warranty. Cushion Cores | 2 Year Warranty All executive swivel chair mechanisms and casters are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase against defective materials and workmanship under normal wear and conditions. We ask that mats be placed under executive chairs, especially on hardwood floors. Casters | 90 Day Warranty Manufacturers of upholstery leathers and fabrics do not warrant their products for wearability or colorfastness. While Our House Designs LLC. makes every effort to select products that are durable and colorfast, we are unable to honor adjustments, claims or credits for failure of these materials’ properties. The warranty is void if original leather or fabric is replaced. This warranty applies to the original purchaser. The product must be in its original cover and cannot have been reupholstered. If a defect is found. Our House Designs LLC will repair or replace the defective item. After 1 year from date of purchase, this warranty ceases to cover costs of packaging and shipping to and from the factory.
